(1) If anyone wishes to file a complaint according to Section 9 of the Act that a person whose nomination paper has been registered in an election is or has been disqualified to be a candidate in such an election, before the election results are declared, a complaint to the Commission as per Schedule-3

(2) Regarding the complaint filed under sub-rule (1), the Commission shall make a decision before the election result is announced.

(3) When deciding under sub-rule (2), such candidate If he is found to be ineligible, his candidature will automatically be cancelled.
